Chafik is like a master servant on a cycling team. He is your main domestique, your front man. His goal is to support and help you as much as possible, so that you can continue the logistical stage with peace of mind.

At the end of 2022, Chafik came in contact with Boltrics and was immediately impressed by our vision and approach. Chafik has worked as a support engineer for renowned companies such as Planon Software (Senior Support Consultant) and DSD Europe (Support Manager). His support experience and broad IT knowledge enable him to tackle complex challenges quickly and efficiently. With his knowledge of support processes and his ability to solve technical problems, Chafik will ensure that we always provide the highest quality support.
