Receive update notifications in 3PL Dynamics

We are pleased to introduce our new Notification feature. This feature sends notifications directly to your production environment. At Boltrics, we are constantly striving to provide the best possible experience for our customers. And this new feature is a direct result of that. It is designed to improve our communication with you. This notification is especially useful during crucial moments such as updates and delivery of test environments.

What is the notification feature?

With this new feature, you will automatically receive notifications for important events in your environment (PROD), including:

Update in the test environment: When a test update is ready, every user in the production environment receives a notification. This keeps them informed of the latest developments and changes in the test environment.

Upcoming production update: Receive notifications of upcoming production updates. This allows you to prepare for any changes or adjustments that may impact your operations.

Completed production update: Once a production update is complete, you will be notified. This allows you to quickly respond to any new features or fixes that have been implemented.

Future extensions

This functionality will be expanded in the future to communicate important messages. This could be anything from system changes to announcements about new features or policy updates.

What does the notification look like?

You will receive the notifications in two different ways, as shown in the image below. It is important to note that every user receives these notifications and has the option to click away from the notification. This can be easily done by clicking on the ‘Don’t show again’ button.
