Douane Software

Customs declaration software

In the Netherlands, the declaration process with customs runs fully automated. Via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), our customs software works in sync with the systems used by Dutch customs and other government agencies. Leaving you to make quick and simple customs declarations.

Customs entrepot

With our WMS solution, you comply with the administrative obligations customs impose upon your customs warehouse. All goods in and goods out and mutations of customs goods are automatically updated, giving you continuous insight into stock (mutations) and enabling you to quickly and easily create an APD (automated periodic declaration) at the end of the month.

Customs integration & compliance

By integrating customs processes with the WMS you significantly speed up the declaration process. Via the WMS all relevant customs data pertaining to the goods are entered; comprehensive integration prevents duplication and speeds up the process. Moreover, there is the option to predefine clearing checks at strategic points in the WMS activities so that all departments work efficiently together in accordance with the compliance stipulations imposed by customs.

Import & export declaration system (AGS)

The AGS is the new standard for customs declarations. This new customs system replaces Sagitta which is currently in use and will be introduced in phases. AGS1 and AGS2, for storage and import declarations, are now fully up and running. For AGS3 the Sagitta for export (DSU) will be replaced (if needed Sagitta export is available in our WMS).

NCTS

Simple declarations in the WMS. At a glance, you have an overview of the actual status of your NCTS (New Computerised Transit System) declarations.

DGVS / Cargonaut

Cargonaut is the platform for reporting movements of goods at and around Schiphol, to the DGVS (Paperless Goods Movement Tracking System), without physical documentation.

EMCS

Customs must be informed of the movement of excisable goods between EU member states, so that excises can be levied in the country where the goods are consumed. Via the Excise Movement and Control System (EMCS) you make a direct disclosure (electronic administrative document) via the WMS of movements of excisable goods under excise duty.

Portbase

Portbase is the platform for the exchange of logistical information for the Dutch Ports of Rotterdam and Amsterdam. You can pre-register your containers directly at all terminals.

GDB (nVWA)

Animal-derived products or live animals that enter the EU must be reported to the nVWA. Via our WMS software you can make direct (GDB) pre-registrations to the nVWA, and you can be kept up-to-speed with the checks being made.
