Do you use 3PL Dynamics for your logistics activities and an (external) accounting package for financial administration? Do invoices still have to be typed manually? Save time and avoid incorrect numbers. Link both applications and exchange data effortlessly, securely, and in real-time.
Greater control over your financial administration with integrations
Two systems, one overview
3PL Dynamics acts as a ‘sub-administration’ in which you can find the detailed information of your invoices. In your accounting package, you will find your financial administration, and it works like a ledger based on entry totals. This way, you can easily simplify your administration and avoid manual work.
Which system does what?
The process flow is quite simple. In 3PL Dynamics, you handle the outstanding invoice entries (services), and produce the invoices and associated attachments. You then share this data with your accounting package via DataHub for processing payments and monitoring outstanding items.
One-way communication based on your needs
When opting for a financial integration between 3PL Dynamics and your accounting package, there is a ‘one-way’ communication flow. After all, one system feeds the other system with information. 2 options allow you to save time very easily, simply by avoiding manual copying of data
Invoices and invoice lines
You can produce the invoices from your financial administration. Handy to maintain uniformity in communication with customers, for example. You do the financial checks and corrections in the financial administration. Dynamics 365 Business Central serves a sub-administration. You ensure the administrative connection between the two.
Journal entries
You can also choose to forward the ledger changes from your accounting package. The booking control takes place in one place, namely: Dynamics 365 Business Central. In the financial administration, you then take care of the consolidation of both administrations.

Bring your logistics and financial administration together in Business Central
Business Central, the foundation of 3PL Dynamics, is originally an ERP package and has an extensive financial module. Have all the data in one package by integrating your business processes around warehousing, transport, and/or freight forwarding with your finances. This way, you and your colleagues can get started with one application in a simple and user-friendly way. No longer deal with separate packages that are not integrated, but direct insight into your financial situation and the outstanding items of your customers. For example, it is a lot easier to run complete, correct reports.
