Sales Manager
Meet Tjerk Roossien, our Senior Sales Manager within the Sales team. As the first point of contact for potential customers, he introduces them to the world of Boltrics. He does this not with smooth talks or sales pitches, but mainly by listening carefully. What does the customer expect? What do they need? And how can we really contribute to this with our software? That is what gives Tjerk energy. When he notices after a conversation that the customer is not only enthusiastic about what we do, but also feels that we can really be of value, then he knows: mission accomplished. At Boltrics Tjerk feels like a fish in water. The freedom to do his work in his own way, the trust he gets and the great team of colleagues he can always rely on - that makes every workday more fun.
