Jan Bolks is the man behind Boltrics: founder, CEO and eternal process fanatic. Having started out as a product developer, he has rapidly developed into the all-rounder who not only builds smart software, but also refines entire organizations. His mission? To create as much value as possible for customers with as little fuss as possible. What really makes Jan happy is making things easily repeatable. A cog in a smooth-running process, a tight codebase, crystal-clear contracts or standardized modules: he enjoys diving in and seeing how a small team makes great strides. Every time a new customer successfully hooks up with Boltrics, he feels that the dream of a “platoon” of top logistics professionals is getting closer and closer. Within Boltrics, he most enjoys the mix between experienced professionals and fresh, cheerful newcomers.
