• Address Import Analyses: Always the correct loading and unloading address with corresponding conditions. Orders are accurately linked to your address database and checked with geo-coding.
• Geo-coding: The entered address is assessed based on coordinates. With a 100% match, the correct address is selected. In case of doubt, you get a suggestion. This way, you can manage exceptions.
• Timeslots: No more waiting times for loading and unloading. Work with timeslots per address and ensure that transports are efficiently planned and executed.
• Price Agreements: The system automatically generates quotes when creating an order, based on contract agreements and customer-specific rates.

For a smooth trip, people, trucks, and trailers are needed. With our resource dispatcher, you can easily view and assign available resources to a trip, individually or as a bundle. Thanks to the smart color system, you can immediately see which resources are available. The system automatically takes into account days off and maintenance, so your planning always runs smoothly.

Step 5. On the Road 

The trip is planned, assigned, and now being executed. Insight into the status and quick communication with the driver are crucial. Communicate easily via on-board computers and the driver app. Drivers can view their planning, sign digitally, take photos, and upload signed waybills. This way, you have real-time insight into the order status. Visible on your dashboard and for your customer.

Integrate on-board computers in your trucks for real-time information about distances, driving and rest times, and waybills. The new message configurator enables flexible control, and the device activity framework processes all information uniformly.
